Shipping and delivery
We deliver to business customers only. You can see the exact shipping costs for your order in the basket and in the summary before you submit your order.
Shipping methods
Parcel (DHL): for smaller and lighter items such as connectors, plates and fastening technology.
Freight forwarder: for long or heavy goods, for example profiles and tubes cut to length. Delivery is made free kerbside to the delivery address given; unloading and carrying the goods into a building are not included unless agreed otherwise. Please make sure the delivery point can be reached by a lorry and that someone is on site for unloading.
Shipping costs within Germany
Shipping costs depend on the total weight of the order. All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.

For orders over 1,000 kg or with special delivery requirements, we will be happy to send you a quotation.
The shipping method that applies to your order depends on the items ordered and is shown during checkout.
Delivery countries
We deliver to the countries that can be selected as the delivery country during checkout. For deliveries to other countries, please contact us.
Delivery time
The delivery time is shown on each product page. For payment in advance, it starts when we receive your payment; for cash on delivery, when the contract is concluded. Cut-to-length goods are made after you order, which can extend the delivery time.
On receipt
Please check the consignment when you receive it. Have any visible transport damage confirmed in writing by the carrier, and report damage or missing quantities to us without delay at service@pacaradasystems.de or by phone on +49 (0) 6195 6774-0 (Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CET).
